2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account, save a delivery address, request a quotation, place an order, upload artwork, approve a proof, contact support or leave a verified review. This may include your name, email, telephone number, company, billing and delivery details, order specifications, artwork and messages.

3. How and why we use information

We process information to provide quotations, create and administer accounts and orders, prepare proofs, manufacture and deliver products, collect payment, provide customer support, prevent fraud, maintain security, improve the website and comply with legal obligations. Where required, optional analytics are used only after consent.

4. Payments and service providers

Card and wallet payments are processed by the payment provider selected at checkout. Totem Custom does not store complete card numbers or card security codes. We may share only the information needed with payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, production partners, hosting and customer-support providers, and shipping carriers. These providers may use information only for the relevant service or as required by law.

5. International processing

Our seller, production and customer-service operations are based in China, while payment, hosting and logistics providers may operate in other countries, including Hong Kong. Information may therefore be processed outside your country. We use reasonable contractual, organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the service.

6. Cookies and analytics

Essential storage is used for account sessions, security and your privacy choice. We keep first-party operational totals and visit details for up to 90 days without placing an analytics cookie, including the network IP address used to protect the service, investigate abuse and understand unique visits. A secret one-way identifier is also used to estimate visitors, and full user-agent strings are not retained. Referral and campaign fields help us understand how visitors find products. Optional Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and TikTok measurement is loaded only after you accept analytics cookies. These services may process page, product, checkout and purchase events according to their own privacy terms. You can reject optional analytics or change your choice by clearing the site preference in your browser.

7. Retention and security

We keep account, order, payment-reference and support records only as long as reasonably needed to fulfil orders, provide support, resolve disputes and meet accounting or legal obligations. Detailed first-party visit records are automatically deleted after 90 days while aggregate totals may be retained longer. Artwork and uploaded files may be retained for order support and repeat production, then deleted or anonymized when no longer needed. Passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of personal information, or withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. 9. Children and policy updates

This website is intended for business customers and adults and is not directed to children under 16. We may update this policy when our services or legal duties change. The date shown at the top identifies the current version.
