Shipping Policy
Order processing, production, delivery estimates, tracking and international charges.
1. Order processing and proof preparation
We normally review a complete quotation request within one business day. After the required artwork, specifications and payment are received, a first digital proof is normally prepared within 1–3 business days. Revisions, physical samples, custom tooling or incomplete files will add time. We will tell you if an order needs a different schedule.
2. Production time
Standard production normally takes 10–20 business days after the final proof is approved and the required payment has cleared. Complex finishes, large quantities, physical samples, replacement materials and peak-season demand may extend production. The order confirmation or quotation will state the expected schedule for your specifications.
3. Estimated delivery time
Delivery time begins when production is complete and the carrier accepts the shipment. Typical estimates are:
- International express: approximately 5–10 business days after dispatch
- Economy air, postal or consolidated delivery: approximately 10–25 business days after dispatch
- Sea or special freight: quoted individually for the destination and shipment
4. Carriers and tracking
We select an available tracked carrier based on destination, parcel size, product and the shipping option accepted in your quotation. Carriers may include DHL, FedEx, UPS or another international logistics provider. When tracking is available, the carrier, tracking number and link are shown in your account or sent by email. Tracking may take up to 48 hours after dispatch to update.
5. Shipping charges, duties and taxes
For products available for immediate online checkout, standard tracked shipping is charged at the fixed destination-zone rate shown in the checkout summary before the order is created. Quotations, oversized goods, remote areas, express upgrades and special freight may use a separately confirmed shipping charge. Import duty, VAT/GST, brokerage and other destination charges are paid by the customer unless the agreed delivery term says otherwise. Customs authorities may contact the recipient for documentation or payment.
6. Delivery estimates and delays
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Customs inspections, address problems, weather, holidays, carrier congestion and events outside reasonable control may cause delay. We will help you review tracking and raise a carrier inquiry when appropriate, but we cannot guarantee a carrier’s delivery date.
7. Address changes and delivery problems
Check the recipient name, telephone number, street address, postal code and country before confirming an order. Contact support@totemcustom.com immediately if a correction is needed. Once a parcel has been dispatched, rerouting may be unavailable or subject to a carrier fee. Report loss, visible damage, shortage or an incorrect delivery promptly under our Return & Refund Policy.
